The Design

Front View

RCrc holds the sonar sensor and the claw at the front. Sonar sensor is used to find and detect the ball by measuring the distance between them. Meanwhile, the claw will grab the ball and hold it in place while moving around.

Side View

From this view, we can see that Rcrc contains 2 motors infront of it. A motor is used as a kicker while a light motor is used as a ball grappler. To be noted too, there is a color sensor at the side of it. The color sensor is used to detect the defensive line to prevent the robot from entering or exiting the defense area.

This is the top view of RCrc. The dimensions (length, width, height) are all according to the specifications. The starting length is 30cm long, The height from the base to the tip of the claw is 33cm and the width is 15cm.
